2010 CALENDAR PHOTO CONTEST RULES

Photos will be used in an Arbutus Lake Association calendar of the area. By entering the contest the participants are agreeing to have their photo published in the calendar.

A winning photo will be chosen to represent each month.

Written permission for use of the photo must be obtained and included with entry for identifiable people in the photo.

Content of photo is up to the participant and can be scenic, recreation etc.

All entries must be taken in the Lake Arbutus/Hatfield area.

Each contestant may submit up to 5 photos.

All entries must be high quality digital photos suitable to be enlarged to at least 8" X 10".

Each entry must include:

Photographers name, address and phone number. (we will credit contributor on calendar if requested)

Location the photo was taken

Description or caption maybe included.

Entry deadline is October 1^st. 2010

Winners will receive a free 2011 calendar.

Judging will be based on how well photos meet the theme for the month, represent the area and overall image quality. Decision of the judges is final.
